DV Ticketing technology featured in Wired Italia

Last month, Moovit, the no. 1 urban mobility app launched their new service for users in Milan. Commuters can now buy their public transport tickets on the app via phone credit using Digital Virgo's mobile ticketing technology. Making easier than ever to get around Milan. Streamlining the process to buy public transportation tickets is easier than ever, with Moovit everything is on app, from finding your destination, the transportation and now buying the tickets. This process cuts down the need for paper tickets and allows users to effortlessly use their phones as wallets and tickets. The amount will be charged to their mobile phone bill at the end of the month cutting down the need for card payments.

A small fee is charged for the service (€0.29 including VAT) and is available for TIM, Vodafone and WINDTRE customers. This service will greatly help occasional transport users make their journies easier.
