As part of its continued efforts to strengthen distribution performance and drive commercial growth, the POS Challenge has been officially launched in Côte d’Ivoire in collaboration with Orange Côte d’Ivoire. This initiative aims to support cabin agents in promoting and selling Veedz TV bundles, while recognizing and rewarding top-performing partners within the distribution network.

A One-Month Performance Framework

The challenge runs over a one-month period and is structured into three sprints:

  • Sprint 1: March 1–10
  • Sprint 2: March 11–20
  • Sprint 3: March 21–31

To qualify among the best performers, cabin agents must achieve a minimum of 10 Veedz bundle sales per sprint. This structured approach is designed to encourage consistent performance throughout the campaign.

Standardized and Seamless Sales Process

Participation in the challenge follows the existing and familiar sales process used by cabin agents for bundle transactions:

  1. Dial *161# to access the USSD menu
  2. Navigate the interface and select the requested Veedz mix pass
  3. Confirm the transaction to complete the customer journey and receive the corresponding commission

This ensures operational continuity and ease of adoption across the network.

Incentives and Recognition

In addition to the standard commission, the challenge introduces performance-based recognition.

Agents exceeding the minimum target per sprint will be ranked among the top performers and become eligible for the final rewards.

A total of six winners will be recognized at the end of the challenge:

  • The top three performers will receive a 55-inch television
  • The next three winners will receive a freezer
