A Global Commitment Rooted in Local Communities
The Positive Impact program continues to grow thanks to the involvement of employees across the Group. In 2025, more than 200 employees participated in 18 initiatives across 13 countries, all designed and implemented by local teams to address the needs of their communities. While every initiative is unique, they share a common goal: empowering people through education, awareness, and knowledge-sharing.
Central Europe: Supporting Children at Key Moments in Their Education
In Poland, our teams partnered with SOS Children’s Villages to support vulnerable children as they prepared for a new school year. By providing backpacks, school supplies, and essential educational materials, the initiative helped create better learning conditions and encourage academic success. A project that reflects a simple belief: access to education begins with access to the tools needed to learn.
Africa: Expanding Access to Learning and Digital Skills
Across Africa, Digital Virgo teams continued to support projects that help young people build the skills they need for the future.
In Senegal, children from the Mbour Pouponnière benefited from computer training programs. These were designed to introduce them to digital tools and basic programming concepts. Similarly, children from Dembagnouma Djoyoro Orphanage in Mali received educational support programs that combined school supply donations with tutoring initiatives, always aiming to help children pursue their studies under better conditions.
Meanwhile, in Morocco, Digital Virgo employees partnered with the Jadara Foundation to mentor young graduates and provide insights into careers in technology and digital innovation.
Additional projects in Mauritius and South Africa focused on educational support, academic mentoring, and access to higher education opportunities. These initiatives reflect a shared conviction: investing in education today means creating stronger and more resilient communities tomorrow.
Western Europe: Promoting Inclusion Through Education
In France and Italy, our teams focused on raising awareness and fostering inclusion:
It was in Marseille that Digital Virgo supported the local school Cours Ozanam, through an educational partnership, helping students discover career opportunities in the digital sector while promoting equal opportunities from an early age.
In Florence, employees worked alongside Associazione Trisomia 21 to support initiatives dedicated to Down syndrome awareness and inclusion. Through workshops, cultural events, and exchanges with families and specialists, the project encouraged greater understanding and dialogue around disability. These initiatives demonstrate how education can be a powerful driver of inclusion and social progress.
LATAM & Iberia: Empowering People Through Knowledge and Awareness
In Brazil and Spain, Positive Impact initiatives focused on empowerment, inclusion, and personal development.
Brazilian teams supported social entrepreneurship through a mentoring program with Mensageiros da Esperança, helping entrepreneurs from vulnerable backgrounds develop their projects and strengthen their autonomy. They also contributed to the Ao Mar project, promoting inclusion first-hand through accessible sports and cultural activities for people with disabilities.
And in Spain, employees participated in awareness sessions addressing mental health and eating disorders with the FITA Foundation, helping foster greater understanding of these important societal issues. These actions highlight the role education and dialogue can play in building more inclusive and supportive communities.
MENAT: Raising Awareness and Creating Opportunities
In Egypt, our teams partnered with the Educate Me Foundation to support children from disadvantaged backgrounds and promote access to quality education. They also organized awareness initiatives focused on women’s health and breast cancer prevention through partnerships with local organizations.
By combining education, prevention, and community engagement, these initiatives contribute to creating opportunities and improving well-being at a local level.
Beyond Local Initiatives: Building Sustainable Impact
The Positive Impact Report 2025 also highlights Digital Virgo’s continued efforts to strengthen responsible practices across the Group. From ecosystem governance and cybersecurity awareness to employee development and environmental initiatives, our commitment extends across every aspect of our business.
This year also marked an important milestone with the achievement of an EcoVadis Bronze Medal, placing Digital Virgo among the top 35% of assessed companies worldwide and recognizing the progress made through our Positive Impact approach.
