We are looking for the Head of Operations Egypt & GCC in Cairo, Egypt.
Your missions
Scope of Work:
Manage the operational team responsible for all the operations of our Business in Egypt and GCC (Product, Complaint handling, Front End Developers, etc…).
Manage a high performing team and motivate them to continually achieve higher levels of business impact.
Cascade the company strategic plan on the local markets.
Analyse KPIs and investigate in the occurrence of any abnormal trends.
Follow up with different teams on events impacting revenues trend.
Ensure content compliance with service guidelines.
Follow-up with partners and clients on monthly basis to reconcile financial reports.
Ensure Direct Operator Billing “DCB / DOB” merchants’ products are compliant with market, mobile operators, and services guidelines.
Support in the end-to-end process of new merchants’ approval and activation of the direct operator billing.
Actively participate in product development of billing gateway with inputs from merchants, partners, and market evaluation.
Deliver on project executions that are based on pre-defined success KPIS
Responsibilities of team members reporting to the head of Operations:
Launching new Products depending on the market needs.
Acquiring new content to enhance the quality of our services
Developing new Landing pages for each product aiming to increase the Conversion Rate and enhance performance.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing “UAT” at service launch phase followed by regular sanity checks on service performance.
Conduct needed market competitive analysis.
Follow up and handle any complaints or concerns from clients / partners and ensure resolution as per the defined Service Level Agreement “SLA”.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting both internally and externally to clients.
Conduct testing and quality assurance checks for new merchants, services, and products.
Ensure smooth products’ launches for all partners on the billing gateway.
Skills needed
Profile:
6+ years of relevant experience in a fast-moving environment related to the telecom industry.
2+ years of people management experience specially in managing operational teams focusing on Products and Value-Added Services “VAS”.
Great track record of leading functions like operations, strategy, business analytics, program/project management.
Bachelor’s degree of a Business School or equivalent
Able to easily adapt an AGILE approach to project management
Passionate about internet, mobile, new technologies and social networks.
Fluent Speaker of English & Arabic, (French is a plus).
Mastering Microsoft Office suite and internet tools.
Perfect communication skills.
Interested in taking challenges.
Having a Commercial and business background is a must.
Results oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Committed to meeting deadlines with high quality results.
A proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
