Customer Success Manager H/F

Vos missions

In collaboration with the technical team and sales management, you will work together to bring our customers success:

  • Manage the customer relationship, acting as a trusted advisor to management in the areas of engineering, product, business analysis and marketing.
  • Ensure that our product is well established and well used by our customers (according to the chosen plan) in pair with a Product Specialist at first, then alone.
  • Technical support: receive and qualify incoming requests, process with documentation or add to a backlog of documentation

Compétences requises

  • At least 3 year experience in Telco/DCB industry.
  • Experience in Project Management / project deploy.
  • Technical background required (engineering/computer science or similar), but with orientation to Business.
  • Experience in Mobile Product Management, Testing.
  • Trilingual French / English / Chinese

Conditions

> Salaire | Annual Salary : 32 000 – 36 000€ + benefits ( Meal Tickets + medical insurance + remote work + other paid holidays + corporate events + external and internal training)
