Your main missions are structured around the following axes:
- Product definition with a strong customer focus
- Manage the relationship with our partners operators, media, content providers, …
- Project management in collaboration with partner/customer teams: organization, planning and follow-up of product launches.
- Develop the local content offer by following the product strategy.
- Continuous benchmark to launch new markets and develop existing ones according to the group’s expansion objectives,
- Editorial animation of products: animation of fronts, analysis of results, evolution proposal
- Continuous optimization of customer paths while respecting the constraints of profitability, ergonomics, accessibility and regulations.
- Sales animation in collaboration with the acquisition and Marketing of the offer teams to design the best devices: Landing pages, advertising creations
- Work closely with the product, the acquisition and the technical teams to ensure product launches according to agreed business and marketing points.
- Customer relationship and reputation management in collaboration with the Customer care team
- Prepare reports and analyze KPIs to develop relevant sales projections,
