Networking with the Most Relevant Players of the Digital Ecosystem
We focused on maximizing success with Google in Paris: While the Addict Mobile team had an introductory workshop around the types of web Google campaigns, we also had the opportunity to attend the France Partner Power Up, an exclusive day organized by Google as part of the RCS for Business Power Up week. An event to delve into the messaging space, sharing key insights and tools to deploy best-in-class customer experiences through RCS at scale.
And this year’s edition of Content Americas in Miami was an opportunity to remind our position as a truly global partner for LATAM producers looking to export their creativity and monetize their content far beyond their borders. Thanks to Fran Sanchez (SVP Americas & COO Iberia), Vincent Taradel (CMO), Vinicius Otranto (Product & Marketing Manager Brazil), and Jean Noel Hugonin (Global Head of Content), we have concluded that short-form content is officially mainstream everywhere, and that co-production is key.
As usual, we attended the MEF Leadership Forum, this time in Kuala Lumpur. Frederico Rosato (VP Asia) and Shakib Shamsan (Telco Account Manager) explored how mobile commerce and consumer engagement are being reshaped across Asia‘s vibrant markets. Frederico Rosato also had the pleasure of joining industry leaders on stage to discuss the challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities globally shaping today’s mobile ecosystem.
In the spirit of networking, Pascal Dufour (Vice President MENA & Turkey) had the honour of being part of a delegation of French companies, including representatives from economic, service, and technical sectors, invited to Libya for an institutional trip, reflecting the diversity of cooperation opportunities between the two countries. The program included a series of meetings with a number of Libyan entities, including the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, the Investment Promotion Authority, the Administrative Centers Development Authority, and the Emergency Medicine Center.
Setting Up New Goals in Collaboration with our Partners
Our teams in Egypt have been particularly busy these last few months. With the visit of Emilie Clauss (Regional Operations Director in Dubai) and Mohamed Amrani (Business Operations Manager in France), they took the opportunity to organize a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum, bringing together long-standing and new team members, strengthening connections, encouraging collaboration, and reinforcing team spirit outside of our day-to-day work environment.
A few weeks later, the Egyptian teams visited Raya‘s site to discuss key achievements and our next steps as partners. A highly productive and strategically important visit, focused on SCC training, a quarterly performance review, reporting enhancements, and operational optimization. This alignment was essential to ensure operational excellence, clarity, and stronger collaboration moving forward.
And like every year, we’ve been working hand in hand with our merchant partners to build and co-create ambitious and sustainable premium mobile entertainment ecosystems.
We met with YouScribe for a Business Review of the 2025 results, as well as an outlook and projections for 2026. From a country roadmap to discussing distribution methods like bundle and wallet, our teams are 100% focused on future product developments. These meetings got together Sebastien Gachie (Head of Partnerships & Merchants Success), Renaud Ganascia (Sales Director Africa), and Amélie Pawlak (Customer Success Manager) with Juan Pirlot de Corbion, Victor Sibert, Emmanuel Babin, Kerby Koffi, and Anne-Sophie Steinlein.
We also had a productive and inspiring workshop with our partners Bayard Mobile, Kidjo and Plug-In Digital, where Stéphanie Sollinger (Western Europe Sales Director), Amélie Pawlak (Customer Success Manager), Delphine Carton (Customer Success Manager), Cécile Frechou (Graphic Designer), Marine Giusto (Advertising Team Lead), Cédric Stucki (Head of Sales) and Guillaume Briche (Group CEO) gathered with a shared ambition to innovate and to continuously move forward together.
Some of our colleagues in Italy were part of the Giotto project, a program that bridges universities and the world of work, offering students the opportunity to engage directly with the company, its teams, and the skills required by the market. They gathered in the Florence offices to introduce themselves and share their approach to marketing and business analytics. The teams shared everything about who they are, what they do, and how they work every day on data analysis, marketing strategies, and go-to-market activities.
Meanwhile, in the MENAT region, our teams visited Saudi Arabia and Oman for a Google Workshop to train some of our key telco partners across the region on digital advertising and ecosystem management. In Saudi Arabia, our colleagues met up with STC and Mobily, and in Oman, they met with Vodafone and Omantel. It was a crucial moment to connect with partners and team members on the ground.
