We attended two editions of the world’s biggest tech exhibition that allowed us to reaffirm our position as a key player in Africa’s digital transformation: GITEX Africa and GITEX Nigeria. By participating in these types of major events, we reiterate our commitment to building a digital future that’s local, inclusive, and innovation driven.
We presented Digital Virgo’s customer relationship solutions at IFAES Expo Relación Cliente, Spain‘s biggest customer relationship summit. Madrid‘s Smart Contact team introduced the latest additions to our AI solutions portfolio, including the Agentic AI feature, key in our customer experience offer, as well as generative AI.
We attended some of the biggest digital events, hosted by digital giants like Amazon, YouTube, Snapchat, and Google. These amazing events in Paris were dedicated to creativity and innovation, presenting many different occasions for us to discuss current trends, new challenges, and opportunities, as well as to forge or strengthen existing partnerships.
This year, we also hit a very special milestone: We celebrated 15 years since our Abidjan office opened, paving the way for our expansion across Francophone Sub-Saharan Africa. Since then, Mali, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Congo Brazzaville, Togo, & Benin have joined the journey, building a solid regional footprint.
We also strengthened our relationships with our partners, just as we did in Brazil: we were invited to Brisanet‘s Sales Summit, a cheerful meeting between partners and professionals in the Sales and Marketing area. The perfect occasion to cherish our almost two-year partnership, synonymous with resilience and business understanding.
We refined our videography skills and conducted various interviews with our regional managers around the world:
- We discussed how the Middle East is positioning itself as a digital leader with Pascal Dufour, Vice President MENA & Turkey
- We talked about Latin America’s mobile-first revolution on digital payment with Fran Sanchez, SVP Americas & COO Iberia
- We learned more about the Positive Impact program and how it is a cornerstone of Digital Virgo’s long-term strategy with CEO Guillaume Briche.
Good teamwork is based on good dynamics between colleagues, and our international workshops and team-building activities ensured that this was achieved: Lima, Lyon, Tunisia, Madrid, Florence, Casablanca & Rio de Janeiro are some of the cities that hosted our various workshops, dedicated to planning our next steps in the areas of Sales, Content, Communication, HR, Digital Marketing, and many more.
And all this hard work can only be achieved if it is balanced with moments of leisure among colleagues: from volleyball to competitive blind tests, bowling, karaoke, photo contests, and many more games, our after-work parties and activities gave us the chance to create unforgettable memories. The ones that fuel us to keep growing and improving, as a team!
