To bring important events even closer to its audience, Digital Virgo introduced its new "Live Event" feature, first activated on the TV by MTN. The initial deployment made it possible to stream the 2025 Miss Côte d’Ivoire preselection tour live through a dedicated channel — MTN Live — available exclusively to MTN users.

Real-Time Streaming, Made Simple for Telecom 

Live Event is Digital Virgo’s latest feature designed to bring real-time experiences to TV platforms operated by telecom companies. It enables the creation of branded, dedicated live channels to broadcast events; cultural, corporate, entertainment, or sports, directly within the operator’s digital ecosystem. 

Moreover, with full technical integration and flexible scheduling, operators can activate temporary or permanent live streams tailored to their audience.

The deployment of Live Event on the TV by MTN coincided with one of the most followed events in the country; the Miss Côte d’Ivoire 2025 preselection tour. With MTN Live, users were able to tune in to exclusive coverage of the regional contests and watch each event live as it happened, directly on their devices.
