Digital Virgo has achieved a score of 86 out of 100 on the professional gender equality index for the year 2025, based on the 2024 payroll. This result reflects the company’s commitment to pay equity, particularly in terms of salary, individual raises, promotions, adjustments following maternity leave, and the representation of women among the ten highest salaries.
Established by the „Act for the Freedom to Choose One’s Professional Future” of September 5, 2018, the gender equality index aims to reduce pay gaps between men and women in France.
In this regard, Digital Virgo continues its commitment to professional equality, not only by addressing salary-related aspects but also by focusing on recruitment, career development, work-life balance, and internal communication. The company is dedicated to strengthening these efforts in line with the agreement signed in June 2023.
