r\u00e9glementation.<\/p><p>Conform\u00e9ment aux articles L.1142-7, L.1142-9 et D.1142-6 \u00e0 D.1142-14 du Code du travail, l\u2019entreprise met en place un plan d\u2019action visant \u00e0 corriger les \u00e9carts constat\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Ce plan est \u00e9tabli pour une dur\u00e9e maximale de trois ans et fera l\u2019objet d\u2019un suivi annuel pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au
