Para prestar este servicio Orange lanz\u00f3 una RFP, que finalmente se adjudic\u00f3 a la herramienta Smart Contact de Digital Virgo para que se encargara de ello en modo de colaboraci\u00f3n. La elecci\u00f3n se debi\u00f3 a la especialidad en tecnolog\u00edas de reconocimiento de voz y en base a la experiencia de colaboraci\u00f3n desde 2009 como proveedor de servicios de valor a\u00f1adido en Red Inteligente con empresas y Sector P\u00fablico (como SEUR, Generali, Endesa, Ikea, Canal Isabel II, Arval Service Lease, COFIDIS o Feu Vert, entre otros).<\/p>\n\n<p>El IVR de citas sanitarias es un servicio prestado para los 289 centros de salud de atenci\u00f3n primaria de Madrid. Los pacientes llaman por tel\u00e9fono para concertar, modificar, consultar o anular una cita con el m\u00e9dico\/pediatra y\/o enfermera de atenci\u00f3n primaria, lo que se realiza mediante un potente sistema IVR de gesti\u00f3n del canal de voz como motor conversacional, que permite crear un dise\u00f1o de di\u00e1logo \u00abVoiceBot\u00bb con las \u00faltimas tecnolog\u00edas de reconocimiento de voz. En caso de que el cliente quiera hacer m\u00e1s consultas o si se detecta alguna incidencia en el proceso (por ejemplo, datos que faltan o son incorrectos), existe la posibilidad de transferir la llamada a personal especializado.<\/p>\n\n<p>El servicio est\u00e1 activo desde noviembre de 2022.
